Stand With the Arab Revolt!
End US Support for Arab Dictators!

Thursday, February 10th · 7:30pm - 9:00pm
RIT's Wallace Library "Idea Factory", 1 Lomb Memorial Dr., Rochester, NY
Event on Facebook.

Right now, the streets of Tunisia, Egypt, Jordan and Yemen are all marked by masses of people taking to the streets to protest brutal regimes.

These regimes all have one thing in common: US support.

Egypt receives nearly $2 billion dollars a year in US military aid, making it the second greatest recipient of US foreign aid.

Come join us for a presentation by local activist Brian Lenzo and a discussion of the roots, causes, and prospects of unfolding revolution.

Brian traveled to the Gaza Strip in July 2009 to deliver humanitarian aid and witness the effects of Israel's blockade. He has written extensively on the war in Iraq, Afghanistan, the War on Terror and Palestine. His analysis has appeared on Al-Jazeera English, Socialist Worker Online as well as TheSitch.com
